Basic price is ₹1,75,000/sq.yd (₹2.85 Cr–₹5.88 Cr by villa type). On top, budget for preferential location charges (PLC), one-time charges of ₹8.5 lakh (EDC, IDC, club membership), maintenance, power backup and GST. We share a line-by-line price sheet on WhatsApp so there are zero surprises.

Two options: a Construction-Linked Plan (10% on booking, staged with construction) or a Down-Payment Plan (10% on booking, 85% within 30 days, 5% on possession). We also help arrange home loans at the best available bank rates.

Phase 1 is ~92% booked and Phase 2 (~40% booked) is the current sweet spot for choice of plots and positions before the next price revision. Phases 3 & 4 are planned — join the pre-launch interest list for priority, often at the best entry price.
